Particle Emitter order
« on: June 27, 2010, 04:23:13 PM »

Is there a way to attach a particle emitter to an actor so that it draws behind the actor?

Engine draws everything on the scene by its Z-position. Every region in SceneEdit "draws" actor. So try to change "floors" and emitter entity. It should works.

Attached particles are always rendered on top of their owner.
For 2D actors I *think* it should be possible to overcome this by using a sprite attachment (actor.AddAttachment() - which can be rendered below the actor) and use the attachment as particle source.

Thank you! It worked perfectly.
