Difference between AddSubframe and InsertSubframe ?

Is there a difference between AddSubframe and InsertSubframe ? I looked in the scripting reference and it doesn't say what the difference is. Thanks !

Apparently, AddSubframe adds the subframe at the end of the subrames list, while InsertSubframe can insert subframe in defined place of the list.
So, AddSubframe is a special case of InsertSubframe.
