Mouse Button Down Timer

Is there a means to open the action menu once the left mouse button has been pressed down for some period of time, similar to Curse of Monkey Island or Full Throttle? Thanks in advance.

See Wme Demo 3D. It uses this kind of menu.

Wow. I can't believe I missed that, especially because that was the first demo I looked at. I also found the Project Joe GUI http://forum.dead-code.org/index.php?topic=722.0 thread. Thanks.
