Technical forum / WME Bloom effect?

Hi friends,

is there possible to implement Bloom effect? (glowing blurred highlights) with intensity setting?
does anybody can share code or script?

Hi Everybody!

This is our game announcement of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Special Edition. We are making this demo in WME. Although, demo hasn't been done yet, we would like to show you new images and game progress.
This is a big project and because it has Disney copyrights, it's considered as a fan project.
Please, to support this project and get full contract from Disney, we need you to give us "like" on Facebook.
More likes means more chances to make it happen. When the Demo is done, it will be sent to Disney for consideration.
Facebook brings new images, progress and introduction of original people from 1992.
We also think, that this game helps to show off the Wintermute engine little bit more.
When we have gameplay of Alpha/Beta version done, we will create a video for the public.

If I have game running on 1080p (1920x1080) and I want to change it to 720p (1280x720) how can I do it? without cropping the image.
Does WME has automatic scaling down system?

Here is a weird problem! I need to solve. Max 2014 64bit

- When I use AXE plugin for exporting 3d character w animations, I am NOT able to see textures ingame! but animations works and texture is visible only in editor!

- When I use KW x plugin, I see the textures ingame, but there is no animations!

- When I mark in AXE export animation only, it doesnt save file at all, because there is no nodes. useless.

So, how can I get my 3d character correctly to WME??  damn .X files

Technical forum / 3D scene import problem

Hi Guys,

I am looking for somebody who can walk me through importing 3D character/animation and 3D scene, which later works with light and shadows.
I would like to share screen on skype, I think that is the best and fastest way to explain stuff. If that works I will record it and place it on youtube for future same questions. I havent found any good video to show it.
Well, you can say read the manual, try to figure out, but I prefer direct contact, it takes much less time and its straight forward.

Here is what I did:
New .X exporter from Max 2014 64bit is here:

- I imported actor3D through .X exporter and it worked in WME. I could see it in the window. No animation yet.
- I exported .3ds from Max 2014 with camera, imported the scene to WME and nothing show up, no camera in slot, where is the problem?
