Title: Customisable about game tab for setting's program

Would it be possible to have an 'about' tab for the game which could be (optional) displayed on the settings program? Perhaps with web links and or icon's/GFX alongside a text description.

I would recommend using some game launcher for this purpose, and only call WME's settings dialog as one of the launcher functions (some WME games are using this approach, name Five magical amulets, Dead City and Five lethal demons).
