i wasnt sure where to post this, but which sound lib does wme use? does it use fmod?( and then we would need to pay license fees to fmod for commercial games)

WME doesn't use fmod or any other commercial sound library. Internally the excellent Ogg Vorbis decoder is used and it's completely free.
