Title: Is this website a good place to start for someone like me?

Hi, im a newcomer that knows absolutely nothing about programming, java or c++ or anything like that. My knowledge of this is basically 0. So is this a good place to start my adventure of programming? Or am i not worthy to be on this website?  ???
