scaling the game
« on: June 04, 2003, 09:39:36 PM »

Mnemonic, do you think that it could be possible to scale the game in other resolutions than the specified one (when I run my game in direct3d). For example dreams is made in 800x600 but I would like (for some crazy reasons) to be able to play it in 640x480. I don't mind if the images get a little blured.

Well, technically it would be possible, but to be honest, I'm not very fond of the idea. It would mean to recalculate all the coordinates and to rescale all the graphics :-\ Quite a lot of work for a very questionable results...
