Avoid blurring while stretching

When running my game(1024x768) in full screen mode (1920x1080) it makes a blur effect. Is there any way to avoid that?
I want to avoid blurring only when stretching.
Hope I was clear enough, I didn't found and topic about this.

WME doesn't do any scaling to blur the images. All you see is the result of the scaling of your gpu.

So we have no control over that, right?  :(
I was running some tests (2D) with cartoon-like assets and, when stretched, outlines didn't look the way I planned.
I'll find another solution.
