Title: Screen grabber and Graphic editor

I am looking for two programs.
One, a good screen grabber.
Second, a good graphic editor.

Graphic editor, may be the wrong word. I don’t want to modify the images. I want a program to

For screen grabbing try Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/).

It seems what you need is a "graphic viewer". Two very good and freeware for no commercial use are
xnview: http://www.xnview.com/
and Irfanview: www.irfanview.com/
The best shareware viewer is imo Photo commander which you can find here http://www.ashampoo.com/frontend/products/php/product.php?idstring=0518&session_langid=2

Another good screen grabber, except fraps, is Hypersnap-DX http://www.hyperionics.com/ (both shareware).
There differences:
1)Fraps can only grab from DirectX or opengl games,
2)Hypersnap can capture even desktop an
3)Fraps can grab videos from game with sound
