Does anyone know where and how and can hire good English voice actors?

Most freelancing voice actors have websites that include samples. Alternativly you can ask in different forums ( like you did here  ::wave)

I've had a great experience with the http://www.voiceactingalliance.com/ boards. Or you could try http://voice123.com/ for professional talents :)
