Feature requests, suggestions / Re: water-effect

Hi all... i find a free tool called Sqirlz Water Reflections. With this tool you can add pools of water to an image. You can choose from a variety of ripples, and control details such as wave size and perspective. The pools can be of any shape. Version 1.3 adds new controls and effects, including reflection coloring, smoothing, texture, and flow also more flexibility over which parts of the image are reflected. Animations can be saved as Macromedia Flash (SWF) files, animated GIF files, AVI video clips, and sets of bitmap, JPEG and TIFF files.

Find it here :
http://www.xiberpix.com/ (some other free stuff also here)

not  real-time water effect but maybe usefull...

As i said is a text-to-speech engine...you can't create your own voices. There is a male and female font for every language. You must buy every new font you want. Maybe the full version (all voice fonts) cost 295.00, Enterprise Version cost $69.5, include 2 fonts (male and female) for English language and some other tools. If you want to create your own voices you can export speech files in WAV/MP3 format and edit them with an audio editor (p.e Cooledit) to change voice colour, tone etc. The advantage of AT&T Natural Voices is the realism of exported speech, just check Microsoft Sam on your computer (control panel/speech) and ATT demo...

Take a look at demo  http://www.naturalvoices.att.com/demos/. Enterprise Version cost $69.5  :-[ :-[ :-[  include AT&T Natural Voice Mike16k and Crystal16k, Audio File Editor & Recorder, Audio File Merger, WAV/MP3 Converter, Batch Text File Converter and Conversation control.

Hi there... i think 3DMeNow is what you need but...there is a little problem with this application because biovirtual , the company who release 3DMenNow does not exist anymore...

3DMeNow Description:
Simply load one front-face and one profile photo (or sketches or artwork) into 3DMeNow and start modeling and animating 3D humans or characters straight away! Just line up the points to your images to create your model - then load in a standard *.wav file or record your voice to create stunning real-time 3D animations...
