Callahan's style scenes/camera
« on: August 28, 2008, 07:59:07 PM »

I want my game to have Callahan's Crosstime Saloon style camera/scenes. The game had a faux first person perspective and kind of 1x4 (heightXwidth) 2d images for scenes that allowed the player's perspective to rotate 360 degrees left or right.

Is this possible on wintermute? Directions?

Cheers

If I remember correctly Callahan had just simple 2D images as backgrounds and not real 360 panorama (like myst3&4 for example) with perspective distortion. This is very easy in wme.

I always suggest meta's wme online book to any new user of wme. It's imo the best way to start learning wme logic & structure.
