Hey guys, below is a list of video tutorials on the creation of a complete 3D model and then using that model in Wintermute. I have taken these tutorials from various sources but couldn't find a vid tut on the actual exporting of models from Blender and then seeing it work in Wintermute, so i thought i would make my own. Enjoy.

My video tutorial on the exporting from Blender and the using of fragMotion to fix things and then using that finished model in Wintermute.

The sound volumes in your video tutorial are a bit messed up. When you start your test game the game music is much louder than your recorded voice, so you can't be heard anymore. In addition, the windows sounds (on error and from the messenger popup) are waaay too loud (almost made my heart explode! :), you should turn them off while recording your video.

Apart from that: thanks for taking the time to do a video tutorial, but I really do think that if you deem fragmotion to be so useful that you do a video tutorial with it, you should definitely register it before doing so. 25$ is a really fair price, but that's just my opinion ...

Thanks,
orrence.

Hey Orrence,
Yeah sorry about the background sound i didn't realize it was that loud when i was recording. I hope you still learned how to do it. I am going to purchase fragMotion but only when I'm going to do something commercial with it. There is no point buying it if I'm only testing the pipeline between the 3 programs. When I do make a comerical game I am definetly going to buy it.

It would be nice if you could put your file on filefront rather than one of those temp deals.  I went though ads and then got a html page for a download which mixed up my download manager.  I've been working on getting directx straight to Wintermute by changing the tickrate and copying and pasting animations.  It's a little work right now, but not too bad.
