In games made at WME, the players themselves can choose the screen resolution before the start of the game?

If you do search in the forum, you'll see it's been discussed before. The consensus is, there's no point in changing resolution for 2D/2.5D game, unless you provide multiple sets of graphics. And I only know of a single developer willing to do that...
