Help wanted and offered / Making game, searching for talent people

Hello everybody!
We are a small team going to create a Wintermute adventure game. Team consist of me (idea and control, modeling, scripting and writing all the texts), two modellers and concept artist. We live in Russia. Now we're creating a plot, a concept document of the game and scetches of the main character.
We're planning our game as a commercial one, so we need to cteate a demo version of this game and show it to a publisher.
And we would glad to join talent people in our team, especially programmer and animator.
