Maybe you could write what kind of models do you need? Some modellers orientate on specific tasks- eg. do you need character models or vehicles, houses, whole scenes...

Judging by the backgrounds I'd guess it's all about character modelling / animating (and the fact they have over 40 realtime 3d characters in their design doc.) :) But let's hear from them directly! I'm really looking forward to this game. Good luck! ::beer
