Screen display problems
« on: October 25, 2008, 03:29:19 AM »

Sometimes my screen during play mode becomes oddly pixelated:

My video drivers are updated--has anyone had this problem and dealt with it successfully?  Can it be something I have to tweak somewhere?

This isn't as bad as it gets and this pic doesn't display the problem that well cause those dots actually look like horizontal red broken lines in the text buttons --it just doesn't show up that well here.

Hmmmm.  If I set my computer resolution to 800 x 600 which is the same resolution of the game resolution I don't seem to get these problems but 800 x 600 computer screen resolution makes everything so big!!  Was there a time when this was normal?

I reinstalled the latest drivers again just in case there was some corruption.

It's a video device problem---installed Wintermute on a computer with a more powerful video card and no problem.
