Hi everyone,
I have upgraded to the new forum software. Simple Machines Forum (SMF) is a follower of the old YABB SE. Note that the current SMF version is still in a beta phase; please report any problems.
I know it will take some time to get used to the new design (you can switch to the classic theme in your personal settings) but I hope you'll like the new forum posibilities.

Some first login problems, but probably that was the old cookie. I love the style. 8)

Phew, I thought some hacker took over the site! :D Well, I've never used a SMF before, but I'll get used to it soon I hope, it's not that different to YabbSE, and I agree with Jerrot, the design is pretty good, like it. No problem with the login BTW, just that I was not auto-logged (is it that what you were referring to, Jerrot?), but I think it's normal, the cookie system must be different from the old version.

Well you can change the theme in your profile to make it look like YabbSE, if you fail after all. ;)

No, not exactly, but... uhm... well I don't remember, it's 3:48am and I've got no idea why I'm here. :) Anyway - it didn't happen anymore. 8)

WOW! The first thing I did was to check the address. I thought I have typed something else! :D
Maybe you should have waited to update the forum at the same time you release the 1.2 version.

I can't see some pictures like... Home, Help, Search... (in the top), and Reply... (at the bottom)

It may be caused by language settings. Please try to switch to english for now.

Solved ;)

I have installed several additional languages, namely dutch, finnish, french, german, norwegian, portuguese and spanish.

Spanish works perfectly!
Thanks Mnemonic ;)

Uuh... German works - I'm not sure if I should add "fine". :)
Some translations are a little strange, but it's not too bad. I set my profile back to English anyway - I'm just used to "quote" and not to "zitieren"... and it completely drives me crazy to read English articles in a German frameset... ;)
