Hi there, Is this engine good for...?
« on: July 19, 2004, 06:05:57 AM »

Hi everybody, I was wondering if this engine is capable of doing H-game style of games, were a lot of text(dialogue) is involved as well as backgrounds. I don`t know if someone is following me...It`s a llitle hard to explain, jejeje. I would  also like to know if its possible to add mini games, like puzzles and very simple 2D games in it(like racing or something like that). And all this if possible without programming, or at least not too much, jejejeje I now I`m asking for to much :)

Well, yes, you are ;) The scripting language in WME tries to be flexible, so those things you mention should be possible to implement. But since it's not what WME is designed for, it would probably take quite a lot of scripting. And I'm afraid it would be hard to find ANY development tool providing all this without programming/scripting. Gamer Maker maybe?
