Any way to make Wintermute read data from an external website, like set a window image from a jpg on the internet or read text from a website? I want to make something that will check automatically if an update is available. Thanks

I wrote an application in C# that interfaces with Wintermute that will read from an external website. I am actually working on multiplayer functionality in Wintermute and so far it works, just really slow. Im not too good with C# socket network programming, but when I have a stable build of everything, I will post it on here.
