Hi!

I´ve got a problem with my 3d lights. They light up my character, but the settings (intensity, range, fall-off) in my 3d-program don´t have any effect on the lights in my scene. I think I read somewhere that 3ds doesn´t export this data, or am I wrong?

Thanks,
Oli

P.s.: I´m not using the new beta version yet.

Right. Although I believe someone posted here that 3DS Max expanded the original format and adds some additional light info when exporting 3DS files. In any case, WME doesn't try to read it.

I presented a way of setting the intensity by script ;) Just with a bit more code.

I couldn´t have said it better   :)

Range and intensity functions really would be a good feature.

Bye,
Oli

No, lights aren't directly scriptable objects.
