Title: What are packages or package, how do I download or create one?.

Hi, I'm new to this platform and I just get used to the script , and I wanted to know what the packages were and how do I download one. ( ::rock me every time when i put miranda! agua (I'm not a grandfather (why i put so many parentheses inside another)))
