Particles attachable to 3D actor bone

Hi Mnemonic,

would you please consider attaching particle emmitor to 3D actor bone. Would it be possible to do it sometime in future?

If you could get the X and Y of a bone position, you could attach the particle with it's X and Y being adjusted to match, in a while loop, every second or so.
