query if an entity is named "ausgang_" + anything

how can i ask if an entity name is ausgang*
so maybe ausgang_1
or ausgang_gfdhfd
etc.
i just want to find every entity that has "ausgang" at the geginning of its name, doesnt matter what comes after it ..

if (entName.IndexOf("ausgang_") != -1) do_whatever_you_want_with_your_exit();
