I have a question: Can i unpackage a "Wintermute Compiled Package" file..? Any program or something else?

Nope. At least not offical, I don't know if there's any "tool" out there to do that, but I don't think so.

By the way, you would not be able to extract scripts, they are compiled to bytecode while packaging when I am informed correctly :)
