Hola kapydj,

tal como dice Arkwright traduje en su día alguna página del WME Book y parte de la ayuda. Si algún día tengo tiempo trataré de terminar lo que empecé...pero ahora tengo mucho lío entre mi curro, la programación del Amuleto de Monkey Island,spanish/, y la traducción de Dirty Split

AMI está siendo programado con WME por lo que si tienes dudas sobre el motor, consúltamelas y te ayudaré en lo que pueda.

es una noticia estupendísima la formación de una comunidad hispana de Wintermute. Yo me dediqué a traducir el programa y empecé a traducir la documentación y el libro on-line pero lamentablemente mis obligaciones laborales me impidieron terminar lo que comencé obstante trataré de participar de esta nueva comunidad los más activamente que me sea posible.

Hi everybody,

I've finished the translation of the default.lng file to Spanish (I've alredy send a message to Mnemonic asking how can I send him the file to make it available to all community) and I'm now translating the from the Basic Project template.

I would like to know what does it mean
 - 'Multisample type:'
 - 'Force texture subdivision'
 - 'samples'
 - 'Read typed characters'
in order to translate them properly.

Hi all,

I'm going to try to explain you a behaviour that is very strange for me. I've a poor English so I apologize for the errors I could make during the "explanation".
I've a personalized inventory window. When the player press tab key, the inventory window is shown. The strange behaviour is that if the player has the cursor over a interactive region (for example a sunken ship) the active cursor is a spyglass and the global variable WinCaption has the text "Look at sunken ship" and is visible at the bottom of the screen. In this moment if the player press the tab key, the inventory windows is shown and the cursor is again the default one but WinCaption is still visible. I realize that the cursor changes cause I set it on the event MouseLeave in the script attached to the sunken ship. If I set WinCaption.Visible = false in the same event MouseLeave in the sunken ship script everything works fine (inventory windows visible, default cursor, and WinCaption hide), but If I set
WinCaption.Visible = false in the event KeyPress in the game.script (instead of setting it in the MouseLeave event in the sunken ship script) sometimes everything works fine but sometimes (an apparently random behaviour) the WinCaption is still visible when the inventory window is shown.

I hope you can understand this mess I've called explanation. Any suggestion? Is there any way to hide the WinCaption in the game script or I have to do it in MouseLeave event in the scripts attached to every interactive element I´ll have in the game?

Hola yo también hablo español. ¿Has echado un vistazo al WME Book Online? Vienen muchas cosas bastante machacaditas y para alguien que empieza yo creo que está muy bien. De momento el libro está en inglés aunque yo ya he empezado a traducirlo  ::) así que algunas páginas podrás verlas en español...En cualquier caso pregunta lo que necesites y si está en mi mano te échare un cable.

Hi, again I've translated to Spanish yet: Preface, Resource, and Getting to know what WME is.

One more question: when you select the 'es' version, the table of contents of the WME Book Online is hidden. Can anyone solve this matter? Is there any way that I can translate the Table Of Contents too?

I've added the Preface spanish translation (by the way now the english appears as 'es' instead of 'en').

I'm not a perfect translator cause my english is not very good so if anyone finds a better translation please do the changes needed.

I'll try to translate 1 page each day (or two days) but I can't promise it.
