Problem with registry
« on: September 09, 2007, 10:08:42 AM »

Hi!
I have a problem with registry...  :-[

I wrote a code which save in registry my game music & sounds options (example: Sounds: 50, Music: 100).
But, in my pc, my game's options is ok!
When i run the game to another pc the options are: Sounds:0, Music:0

Any ideas???  ???

Let me get this straight if I understand what is youir problem. There are two options:

1. registry are bound to the machine you set the game on. So if you store a value on one computer, you can't expect this value to be transported to another computer. You have to write this value on another computer as well.

2. User permissions on that computer prevents you from writing data to registry.

Could you be more specific what exactly is your problem?
