Is it real to do? (dialogues logging)

In the game "The Longest Journey" there is a feature:
all the dialogues, which were passed, are saved in the journal.
It is possible to do the same in WME?

Perhaps this could be a nice application for overriding the Talk method?

Where can I save passed dialogues? WME cannot read files, can it?
