Error Starting Program

Once I have downloaded it, a notice comes up saying the device is not functioning...

The D3D8.DLL file is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL: Unlock CB.

Can someone help me? I don't understand it.  ???

Hm, it seems to be a corrupted DirectX installation.
Please try to reinstall DirectX 8 or 9.
