Hi!
I'm trying to export a model with polygon count of 3000 out of 3DS Max. When it comes in to Wintermute, the poly count increases more than double(arround 8000). Why is it increasing?

What's the poly count of the scene without the character? Which shadow are you using for the character? Flat & stencil shadows will double the polygons if you don't use a separate low poly model for them.
