I am using the repository https://bitbucket.org/MnemonicWME/wmelite.
And the dependencies from https://bitbucket.org/MnemonicWME/wmelite/downloads/dep_xcode_ios_may2013.zip

My parameters:
macOS Mojave 10.14.6
XCode 10.3
Deployment Target: 8.0

I get an error during compilation:
/Volumes/storage/Project/wme/wm/src/PlatformSDL.cpp:51:12: Use of undeclared identifier 'LC_CTYPE'
