Hi there,

Is it possible to turn off the "Wintermute Engine" text that is appended by default when running the game in windowed mode?  (For example, the window's title bar should display "My Adventure Game" instead of "My Adventure Game - Wintermute Engine.")

We certainly don't want to hide WME or discourage its use (on the contrary, it's been a wonderful engine for developing our game), but displaying the engine in your released game's title seems a bit unprofessional.

Is there an option to turn this off?  Looked around for one in the project manager and couldn't seem to find it...

this one is bothering me to, I cannot find a solution, I was hopeful that adjusting the caption would change this, but it's not the case

You can use the program Resource Hacker to change the text value in the exe file that displays on the title bar. I've done that for a few games I have made and it works perfectly. You can even change and add a logo in the settings menu, and more. It will export a new EXE file that you would use instead of the one created by Wintermute, and your game name on the title bar adn other settings will display anytime someone launches the game.
