can I run .jar files in wintermute

I need help as well in terms of wintermute connecting to mySQL and .jar files with parameters

.jar files are Java programs. WME doesn't use Java. If you need the engine to interface with Java programs, you'll need to write a plugin for that or modify the source.

There are no wme plugins for java programs. Mnemonic meant you should write one or modify wme sources (or find someone to do so for you).
