Title: Theora decoder - Feature update

WME is currently using theora alpha7 which is old since the latest one is beta2 (includes a whole new shiny decoder  ::rock). Do you think you can fight the API changes beast and update the decoder in wme?  >:D ::beer ;D

Yes it will be better if the latest version of Theora will be implement at new version of WME.
