Is possible to add some prebuilt pixel shader effects in wme for a easy effects like sepia, black and white, fog, steam, and termal changes in the screen like the drivers of ati cards?

Maybe in the future. I haven't looked into pixel-shaders too deeply yet, because I didn't want to unnecessarily raise the hardware requirements.

IMHO I don't think WME -at this point - should support pixel shaders, since that slowly turns it into a complete 3d engine. A lot of effects (smoke, rain, water) can be pre-rendered and then imported in WME. Yes, all those bitmaps will cost more memory, but somehow pixel shaders seem overkill atm.

Particles is a much better and faster solution  ;)
And yes, Mnemonic has this in his NOT-GOING-TO-HAPPEN-ANY-TIME-SOON todo list.
(He couldn't do otherwise. The #wme irc channel sometimes can be veeeery convincing  ;D ::beer)
