Could somebody tell me how to use this type pic whose frames in one pic?

I guess you are asking about a gif file with multiple frames (or a similar format). In this case you have to use a graphic editor to extract those frames in separated graphic files and then create a sprite as described in the docs.

And I guess (again ;)) you created a poll by mistake.

You'll need to cut the animation frames to separate images. While internally the engine could be able to handle this, it's not supported by the editing tools.
